Idk about that tbh, especially since for me the characters I use are widely popular no matter how bad or good they are so everyone uses them xD I think you can use a character how you want tho and that's what makes them distinct, plus how you choose to make them look/dress

"Highest-execution" really isn't much of a barrier where DOA6 is concerned. There's no Akira in this game, and there are plenty of reasons aside from execution that might turn people away from playing Recycledou or Boring Kasumi.

The minute you give other people power over who you "should" enjoy playing in fighting games, you not only diminish the fun you had with the game initially, but you also diminish that which makes you unique as an individual. So what if it doesn't match the ideals of the hive mind? Their opinions can change on a whim, and you have no control over that. But you do have control of your thoughts and beliefs.
