Sometimes it can feel that way, yeah, however, I think that Tekken 7 is currently the slipperiest 3D fighter with all of its hitbox/hurtbox issues, especially when Fahkumram became playable.

Oh, SCIV is slow as hell. Unfortunately SCV adopted its speed mostly. Project Soul did the right thing by speeding up SCVI. Interestingly, I think that SCIV may be the most technical SC game. Cervantes was pretty crazy.
