even if PS5's were readily available tomorrow I still wouldn't get one, there's no games exclusive to it that warrant a buy

granted I have a dedicated gaming labtop and access to gamepass so my reasons to get a PS5 are seriously slim rn, maybe if they make Bloodborne 2 PS5 exclusive then i'll consider it

Don't get next-gen consoles for "exclusives", get them because of how much more exponentially powerful they are than previous generation consoles. The faster load times are just the start. Too many people just focus on exclusives as if that's all that you can play on a console.

I think you kinda missed my point. There are basically hundreds of high quality multi-platform games available on a Microsoft, or Sony platform (and a Nintendo platform to a lesser extent), so focusing on the tiny few exclusives on each is backward thinking. No quality console only offers games like: Jizzhunter 69 or Titty Slap Simulator VR Edition.

It is a huge misconception to assume that the only games available to play on a platform are its "exclusives". It's better to focus on the console with more potential power or features. Weaker consoles have less potential in essence.
