I don't have one but never feel guilty after eating, that's one of the worst things you can do. Just eating healthier and cleaner should be enough to maintain a certain weight including lite exercise

This is quite a concerning post that kinda raised a few questions in my mind so I’m just gonna ask them.
- What is the reason you’re trying to lose weight?
- What is your goal with losing weight?
- What makes you feel guilty about eating and gaining weight? Like what does it mean to you if you do?
last but not least, have you sought professional help?

Hopefully I can help you with these questions, unlike giving you shit advice like “exercise and eating healthy” as if that fixes an eating disorder.

DM me if you need help @gfg$ , I don't want to talk here since I don't have time for that stinky cock sucking bitch Onryoki starting drama. I previously was insecure about my weight but fitness and changing my diet has helped me the last few months in my experience but I know eating disorders can really be hard to overcome

The reason is my mom was saying that I become too fat for a year, firstly I tried to ignore but it became more hard for me not to notice such words. My boyfriend says that she's okay with any my weight, but he started to worry not long ago, since I feel worse.

@Onryoki now my mom is saying that it's enough, what's more she said that I started to lose weight because of my boyfriend, the worst thing is I don't want to stop.

@Onryoki So my goal is have weight 56-57 kilos with height around 1.67. Guilty comes when I saw the bigger numbers on the scales in the morning and after eating I was like "bitch it looks like you're eating too much (even it's too nuch not all), next day you have to eat less, even when I gain weight on period I feel guilty

You shouldn't let your mom call you fat, do you personally have a set weight you felt healthy at? You shouldn't let what your mom says get to you because you have to find a weight that you feel good at, being skinny doesn't always mean health

@Onryoki in place where I from, it's a shame to get psychological help, people think that such help only for crazy people the more difficult thing is my occupation, I work as a teacher, and if the management will know that I get psychological help, it will mean for them I have problems so I shouldn't work vwith children

Also you shouldn't feel guilty about gaining weight on your period since that's not something you can help at all since your body changes as you age too. I'd definitely go see a doctor since they'll be able to help you find a healthy foundation, you don't want others to dictate how you see yourself especially if nothing is wrong with you

@Onryoki I feel healthy now, but i don't want to stop, like its infinite road, I know it's weird but I feel like I'm become obsessed with this thing, so now mom saying that she never says me about weight like I started this sh*t by myself

@Onryoki I definitely will go to doctor since I feel I have a big blast (this + fatigue cause combine work and postgraduate studies )

I’m not gonna say what you have to do, but getting help with mental issues isn’t something to feel ashamed about. I know there are people out there that will shame you for having mental issues, like certain members on this website, but you have to ignore them.

Your mother is not a good mother if she is saying stuff like that to you, if you’re struggling with body image issues because someone is constantly gaslighting you into thinking you’re overweight, you should be talking to someone.

have you ever talked to your mother about how much her saying that is affecting you? A good talk with her could also help.
