Never thought of that but yeah I see that now lol. I don't know why they can't just give publishers the options for more different cartridge capacities like they did for Switch 1.
It doesn't seem to helped turn away 3rd parties like it did on N64 tho, at least. They're just going with those stupid key carts instead.
There were good developers and bad developers. They fit Tony Hawk 3 on the cart and Resident Evil 2. I kept all my carts and they are worth so much money. Switch 2 is a code inside plastic. Much different situation.
how Nintendo thought offering only 64 GB max cartridges in todays environment is baffling, it's too big for small devs whose games are too small and it's too small for big devs whose games are too big, and the game key card workaround is just an insult to physical media, it's literally just empty plastic with a virtual link
