Hmmmmm!! awesome video ahahaha. Gave it a like as well. I take it the extra damage was from the stage. The damage from the throw itself on a stage like that is hilariously promising though haha I love it already. For balancing issues, they should be able to tech out of that after the drop from the ceiling right?

Gotcha, I like your concept a lot FP. Any ideas for BT situations/properties?

That combo heavily utilized electric dangerzones, yes. That's not the normal damage output for it. And no, I would not make the throw techable. Ceiling hits lead to an untechable stun for everyone in 5U and I would not deprive Tengu of that.

So far, I've only added two concepts for Tengu's BT game.

1 - BT 8KK is now a GB (as is the third hit of 3KKK, since it's the same move).

2 - I added a new input for him to immediately switch to BT stance. It's 44P, just like with Brad Wong. I do intend to give him some good BT stuff.

1 - Awesome. What would it lead to on +/- block? This is fascinating. I seriously support this.

2 - This is great, it can greatly change outcomes to bait people into holds with a command input similar to Brad's to go into BT without a string.

All of his GBs will be neutral or + frames. I don't understand the point of - frame GBs.

Just saw the training exercise and the mirror matches. What seems to be the case with that back flip of his. Is it safe or something?

He has two. In DOA4, 7K is an i16 mid kick NH launcher which guarantees 7K's followup P. Better though, is that it guarantees his divebomb (8P+K on grounded foe). 7K is -21 on block. 7KP is -52 on block.

7P just gives you some distance. Tengu doesn't do well up close. It isn't an attack, but it also has the same P followup, which is also -52 on block.

It was unsafe, but everything he had was unsafe. Even Tengu's GBs left him at disadvantage. 7K was still one of his best moves though because it was tied for his fastest mid and was a NH launcher that guaranteed his best option after launch, the divebomb. If timed right, it also crushed lows.

If I recall correctly, the only safe moves Tengu had were 4K, PK, 1PK and 1PPK (all the same move and +0 on block) as well as KK and 6K (same move and was a + frame GB).

I think I've finished adding the followups to his command SS, though I still have to write the damage of the attacks, as well as the startup frames and the disadvantage frames on block.

I'm probably gonna remove the OH option from his SS though because I feel like I already gave him a good deal of mixups from it. I don't want it to be OP and and it's feeling like a bit much with an OH in there. I might take out the transition to P+K too just to eliminate the number of guesses his opponent has to make. This SS is pretty good.
