Kasumi used to be a badass though. DOA4 was when she became ultra soft.

I did like her more when she was motivated to kill Raidou. She was a badass. Still is, even if less.

I think "ultra soft" fits her personality very well! Can't imagine her with a "badass" attitude. I like game protagonists that are "soft" more, irrespective if they are male or female.

Maybe you're looking at it the wrong way. I don't mean badass in a cocky, bitchy sort of way I mean what Akali said. Strong-willed and motivated to get the job done and not being hesitant or letting anything get in the way. She was more like this in DOA2 and 3. In DOA 5 they brought that side of her back a little.

I fanboy squealed at the end of story mode when she flicked her ribbon off and stated that she was going for Donovan. That's an example of the badass I'm refering to.
