It's a MU thing. If you're playing a character who can't keep up with her at all it literally feels like you're being chained and flogged. I could give a pretty exhaustive and thorough write-up on Ryu v Sarah, but I don't think it would mean much to you not being a Ryu player.
I guess. Part of me really thinks, though, that Sarah is often misunderstood, partially because you just have to be *very* aware of your options in the 50/50's. (If you aren't really aware before hand of your tricks in them, any character gets pretty much bopped)
Well, I went over the basics of it in that thread, but basically a smart Sarah has a ton of options to beat out the vast majority of your options at nearly any given time. Your retaliation is mostly reliant on KP and 3K, with her mid punch sabaki nicking 3P, 6P and darting away from 6K. She doesn't have to relent, whereas Ryu's best options
