throw punish is when someone uses an unsafe string (-6 and anything more negative is considered unsafe) and you throw them for guaranteed damage. the only time its not guaranteed is -6 because you can break a neutral throw. thats the general definition i believe
When there's lag, it's impossible not to abuse it. Even something as simple as critical holds become nearly impossible, and you can't very well play "honest" if you refuse to hit someone after they're stunned.
lol stuff like that cant be helped but I was more talking about things like doing punishable moves then not taking the punishment grab just because its online or illegitimate free cancel offense / constant striking at disadvantage as well as the usual lag tactics lol.
