Wow, that obe fight. Im talking about in general. Ok tye Kokoro player was better or the Lisa player didnt know Kokoro. Kokoro can beat Sarah, my Sarah got beat by Kokoro a few times by prinny. Now I know we are not gonna sit here and say that shit is 5-5

If a top-level kokoro player played a top-level sarah player 10 times, if the MU were 5-5, the kokoro player would win 5 times and sarah would win 5 times. If it were 6-4 kokoro would win 6 times, sarah 4, etc.

What he's saying is that Sarah v Kokoro is not 5-5, which is true, because broken characters don't have even match-ups.

Tiers are categories that are organized based on how many favorable/unfavorable match-ups (the thing I just described) a character has compared to the rest of the cast. So if a character has mostly 4-6 or 3-7 match-ups (ie: the other character has an easier time winning), they are low tier. Conversely, if they have mostly favorable MUs, they are high tier.

If they have mostly 5-5 MUs with a few 4-6s and 6-4s, they are generally mid tier.
So Gen Fu is high tier and Eliot is low tier.

So the top tier is mila, kasumi, and who else xD

Sarah, Gen Fu, Helena, Ayane and Christie, imo, are the current top 5.

Mila, Akira and Pai are also up there.

I mean that everyone I mentioned as "Top 5" is really stupid, as in TN gave them some silly stuff and didn't properly consider the ramifications of it. Ayane being the least silly. Honestly, I may swap her out for Mila.

Brute explained it pretty well except I think Helena is just high tier, not top tier. She's not on the same level as Gen Fu, maybe Christie and Sarah (oh and lolalpha but let's not talk about that).

Helena is not on the same level as Sarah, but imo, she is every bit as good as Christie.

Yeah she's great, she has a bit of everyhting.

I don't know about Christie tho. I heard she got buffed a lot in the last patch (especially her wall game). Emphasis on heard.

They're mostly referring to the fact that her 3P+K T no longer causes wall hit, and thus allows for a nasty follow-up / reset game when performed near a wall.

Not really sure why TN felt she needed that buff, but I don't really know why TN does most of the stuff they do, so I just let it go.

Eh. They do stuff you don't want but when you ask for certain things for over a year they act like they don't know what you're talking about.
