You level up a lot faster offline than you would online. Plus, 1/2 of the stuff that you may use online doesn't work offline. Of course you're going to win & test your limits, but you also go to learn more about the game & make new friends in the process. It's more to it than just competing.
You won't get any better playing laggy matches and raging at online. Offline is not only more enjoyable but you level up more because you start to learn proper techniques.
At the very least you could show up to some casuals and introduce yourself to your scene. No one is gonna be a dick trust me. Everyone is all about helping each other offline.
aint nobody scared lol I might pop up at the next tennesse event maybe lol, I have faith in my skill but I need to learn the rest of the casts frame data 1st
Step lemme know when you go to an event. If you have any questions or concerns related to it, I'll try to help you out and support you. I will also let you know that Hitomi is awesome offline in 5U! And recently got bodied hard by one!
For the record, I'm the only one that's ever been shitted on for getting bodied in an offline tourney. There is a 98% probability it won't happen to you because you have connections with the popular people. @Step, take that 98% chance and go for it.
