If you can use Kasumi, you already use over 50% of Phase4's moveset lol.

The no parries thing is gonna kill me as a Kasumi/Leifang player. Why doesn't she have parries when Kas and Alpha do? Ultimate clone my ass

If she were an Ultimate clone she would also have an 11 frame mid, Kasumi's mix-up potential, her mobility...

Okay. So in hawaii its currently 5 55 pm. And japan is 18 hours ahead of me. Which makes it 11 55 am monday morning in japan. When midnight drops in japan, it will be 6 am monday morning in hawaii. Can i expect to play phase4 as early as monday morning?

Yeah. The animation was intended originally to impale them with a naginata in Ninja Gaiden. But then they copied-pasted it (surprise!) into DOA and went: "Uh-oh, she doesn't have a weapon! What do?" "Make her use her fist and make some fire to help hide the blocky animation." "okay."
