She's fun to play casually with friends, but she's so throw punishiable.

I fought someone using Phase-4 offline this week and she's incredibly limited compared to Kasumi. Once you get used to throw punishing her "strings" and the teleport transitions into CBs, the player is forced to play the cheesiest stun game mixup. Chifu P at range isn't even that big a deal if the opponent can hi-crush. If lazy people was the issue, we should have a lot more GenFu players.

Gen Fu is by no means the only lazy character in this game.

People realized that she's not half that badass (both for personality and tier ranking) as they excpected. That's because "new" usually get's associated with "better".
