NG1 is the only good NG. NG2 & NG3 pale in comparison. NG3RE does have solid gameplay but suffers from balance issues pretty badly.

And the inconsistent control response is annoying.

NGB is the holy grail for polished gameplay. Now I have to play again.

IKR Chaos. Combat is incredibly imbalanced to the point that only a few weapons (and tactics) are consistent. Too much bullshit goes down. NG1 is much better balanced and rewarding. I just use cheap tactics in NG2 & NG3.

NG2 is fucking amazing and anyone who says differently has no idea what they're talking about. It's a very different game from Black and it isn't as refined/perfected, with numerous flaws and issues. But it's core elements are still phenomenal and had it not come off the heels of the greatest action game of all time (Black) it would be a pinnacle for action gaming.

RE is horrible and NG3 is even worse.
