Most of the time, yes. Though a few moves do strange things with pacing (and obviously if there are string follow-ups, those should be considered).
-7 can be punished by grapplers.

I meant, what are you trying to punish? Who is the opposing character and what is their input lol

ohhhh no no rev it's not any one move in particular, it's that i am seeing so many -8 moves and i don't know if i can punish any of them or if they're just blocking afterward ._.

If 6T isnt working I'd just go for Neutral T or a strike punish but apparently you can counter after an unsafe move so you gotta be careful.

thanks jorian. in your experience do people react quickly enough to break out of a neutral T punish? also, does countering after an unsafe move cancel the move recovery?

Neutral throw punishes are unreactable. You have to read the throw to break them. "Countering" after an unsafe move converts the recovery to the Hold's recovery.

In my experience people have never canceled a neutral grabbed UNLESS they're literally mashing grab lol, that happened to me about once. But I RARELY use neutral grab unless Im using someone who has a 4 frame grab like Lisa.
