They're different. Same with Raidou.

Same frame properties as others, but not sure about the damage. I know the range is less on some of her moves as well.

She has Leifang's 6P but it's 11f so some moves do have frame changes.

I hear some other moves are different as well. Like Honoka has Hitomi's P+KPPP, but don't think Honoka can delay that string and can't charge the last hit for frame advantage like Hitomi can.

Or, like how Honoka can do Helena's BOKOHO duck, but she cannot do the further 'superduck' by tapping 2 like Helena can. I bet there is alot of little quirks and things that Honoka can't do that others can.
