Just to answer your question: Gen Fu is top tier. Definitely in the top 3. He's all about the guarantees and heavy damage *cough* 16P *cough*. Eliot, on the other hand, is bottom tier, being one of the harder characters as well in terms of execution.

Oh hold on just a second...top tier? Like Christie top tier? I don't know about that...I don't wanna be that guy who everyone rags on just cause he usin a good character, ya know?

Not that top-tier,but he sure packs a punch,he is the character of which I'd say that even tho he doesn't have many moves,he's still scary enough,especially if you fight a Gen-Fu that knows what he's doing.

GenFu & Christie are in the same tier. The thing about DOA5 is that there's a relatively small difference between Top Tier and Bottom Tier in the sense that everyone is viable, but require different degrees of utilization. GenFu is really boring though.

I agree. Gen-Fu packs one hell of a punch, but he also takes a bit of skill to really use him to his full potential. I was thinking of picking him and Christie up, but I don't want to get my Kokoro slacking like she usually is. I really need help with her too...

I can help you Christie if you want, but Kokoro is more devastating in close quarters if you can generate momentum.
