Accidentally did it while clearing Arcade for costumes. It's 214P+K.

214P+K but you have to be near a wall, otherwise you'll get the actual 214P+K. It's not that great though, and it's not every wall.

It's pretty rare but I saw it a few times.

Yeah he has them. They are so-called 'secret moves' though which are nowhere to be found on his movelist.

First you need to face a wall by going back turned and looking directly at the wall. You can do this by either inputting 44P or 44K.

Facing wall 3P+K is his guard breaking kick with 'swoosh' sound effect.
Facing wall 9P+K is his somersault flip.
