Idk why y'all are saying they look different, they don't. They're identical. The only thing different is their facial expressions giving Phase a more childish look about her. That's why I'm surprised she won and @Pictured Mind how can you hate Kasumi's personality and like Phase's? xD

Wow. That's a convincing victory for Phase 4. Didn't expect that, to be honest.

& at the eyelash thing I believe it's just the angle she always has her eyes. That or TN flipped her eyelashes up for some reason.

I feel the same, @Chapstick. Phase 4 seems so gloomy, pessimistic and depressed. I'd rather have the cheerful, caring yet determined Kasumi. Kasumi and Phase 4 look indeed identical to me, although it seems that Phase 4's hair is a bit darker (that's how I distinguish them at least).

Also, Phase has sexy costumes like Kasumi. Overalls outfit anyone? Her new swimsuits? Hell, even her Ninja Clan costume is more revealing than Kasumi's!

Hmm. The only outfits I like about Phase 4 are the classic ninja outfits (C3 and C4) and Halloween 2014. Her Ninja Clan one is indeed pretty cool too.

It looks like they flipped them up tbh. They're the same length but Kasumi's are always pointed at the camera making them appear shorter

@Chapstick Because Kaspammy runs away from her problems. That's never good.

Kasumi became more confident this game, which is something that I like. Even though she's a runaway ninja, she'll still do what it takes to accomplish her goals.
