Well, the first time we banned him, he immediately went to complain about it on Facebook. As usual, he publicly claimed no wrongdoing, but said he would "do his best" to be civil. In private, he told people that he had no intention of changing, and said some rather unflattering things about the FSD staff. Regardless, we let him back. And true to form, he didn't change.

I gave him an incredible amount of chances, and even told him exactly what to do not to get banned. He ignored them, and so now he has been banned again. After being banned this time, he immediately went on Facebook to complain, just as he did last time. I gave him yet another chance to recognize that his behavior wasn't acceptable
