it's unfortunate, but dealing with turtles is just something you're gonna have do when playing fighting games. It sucks cuz i totally feel your pain, nothing frustrates me more than having an opponent who just holds up back every time we're in the neutral, or runs away full screen waiting for me to go to them, those are the match i tend to lose the most cuz i have zero patience for that >:/
