LoL. I'd like to show my support but I don't play online to begin with.

The best I can do is be around for you every night. ;)

....so she forces me to open it and she discovers the mess I left. She starts telling me to clean it angrily although I was already doing it and she ten minutes laters tells me that her boyfriend "peeked" into my room and told her it wasn't clean. She gave me less than an hour to clean it, and she ultimately took my ps4.

She then threatened to cut all my hair off if I "disrespected" her again. How quaint :)

@ColonelColver Really?? So you haven't played at all since then? :-O

This why I always saved my pocket money and buy something myself since when I was early teen. Now I'm still far from successful and stuck in parent's house. But my PS4 and TV were purchased using my own income.

I'm done with all of these 'parents-locking-my-entertainment-because-they-bought-it' business and you will too very soon. Finish your school quickly and work.

Although from your story, it seems your mom, sorry to say, has a bit of mental problem.

@SoftCabbage Believe me, I'm trying to hurry. Only one more year and then I'll be on my own accord in the real world

I played on ps3 to practice for ect, needless to say, it wasn't the best practice.
and the thing is, it was the five hundred cash that I put down, nobody bought it for me, but she felt she had the right to take it from me.

@ColonelColver Parents always do that, even when you purchased something yourself, they still declare authority and the right to snatch it away when you do something to anger them.

The tough break of being a teenager I guess lol, I'm 25 so my parents don't even bother with that stuff anymore.

The good thing is that me locking myself up in my room and not speaking at all is working as we speak... I may get my ps4 back earlier than expected :)

Are you saying your using your emotional connection with your mother to get what you want by not talking to her until she does so? .-.
KasumiLover
KasumiLover
I guess so, it's complicated to explain. Mom knows she overeacted over the situation, and she knows that when I'm angry, I don't speak or interact with anyone at all. I haven't left my room these last few days for anything except to eat, bathe, use the restroom, and go to school, and haven't really communicated with anyone.
