I have to disagree with Honoka, she's actually overrated imo, anyways here's my list

I'd have to agree with those 2 picks, and i'll raise you an eliot, a kokoro, and a raidou

Also Rachel now that I think about it more.

I agree, Bayman and Honoka are definitely underrated characters. I would also add Eliot, Marie Rose and yeah, Naotora. Maybe Ein and Bass too

Wait, I wouldn't say she's underated, she's still played quite a bit but because most players just KKKKKKKK and 6KKKKKKK with her, it puts a bad image on her and causes people to think she's linear trash.

I don't believe anyone is underrated.

Pai, because she doesn't do much damage.
Nyotengu because she is is hard to use.
Leon is really interesting but also timing heavy to used.
