I know that Ryu Hayabusa is DOA & NG's resident "super ninja" and likes to Izuna Drop fools. I like to Izuna Drop fools. I don't like being Izuna Dropped in Home.

He's the Super Ninja and the greatest action game star ever.

2) This is also another rhetorical question, but worth elaborating anyway. He is the lone ultimate ninja that does Izuna drops and powerful ninpo every day and no one wants to be izuna dropped in 'home' cuz that's how he roll.

Seriously though, he was the first character that captured my attention when I first played DOA2U. His outfit looks so badass, and coincidentally, his name translates to 'Dragon'(Ryu), which is my favourite mythical creature and 'Peregrine Falcon'(Hayabusa), which is also my favourite bird. There is nothing to hate about him. It's all likes, even about the nurse ryu running joke...

Ryu Hayabusa hails from the Ninja Gaiden series and is generally considered an extremely powerful characters (lore-wise, as far as DOA is concerned).

What I like about him is the fact that he is a well-intentioned ninja. Most of my dislikes regarding this character is game play related (on DOA5) and his roles from the DOAD continuity: Because of him, the other protagonists managed to overcome their enemies (boss characters). But, it now seems as if the said protagonists are weaker characters.

1) He has fiend blood, he is probably the most powerful character in the DOA series, counting only his feats in the 3d ninja gaiden games. 2) I like his japanese voice acting, how he plays in all 3d NG games. I'm not a fan of his black falcon costume, and i hate Ninja Gaiden 2 for the 360.

The most badass Ninja in gaming, and to my knowledge, the first guest in a fighting game. I grew up with the NES games, I remember playing DOA for the first time and being like; ''is that the same Hayabusa?'', I was really happy it was. Funny how he could body the entire DOA cast, hell, almost all fighting game casts super free, but, game balance doesn't allow for that kinda stuff.

There's a lot of story to the series, including DOA, hard to summarize it, only games I haven't beaten are NG3 and Yaiba, but I do have a good amount of knowledge of the character's lore. I love everything about him, and if you don't, I don't care what anyone says, you're a bad person.

Ninja of the Dragon Lineage, son of Ken (old NG) or Joe (new NG) Hayabusa. Most people call him "The Dragon Ninja" in Ninja Gaiden. Main protagonist of his game, but very important character in DOA as well. Has quite a few juggles and good throws, if one doesn't pay attention/doesn't know the match-up, he is deadly.

Izuna Drops with stage transitions are just way too epic. Plus points if it's an advanced hold izuna+ stage transition.

@ChaolanLegacy *nerdy voice* Actually, it was always "Jo Hayabusa", is just the localization that changed him to Ken on the NES trilogy, and to Joe on NG2...
