Interestingly, it's the only design I've submitted that anyone has actually bothered to express severe dislike towards. On the other hand, many players seem to genuinely like it and want to use it in the game. It's kind of strange, really, since it doesn't seem like it would be that divisive of a design.

Really? That is interesting. I don't remember seeing any dislike for it back in the day.

Well, probably, but I don't visit Deviantart so I wouldn't know. Kodachi and Codemaster have stated dislike for the design, among others (though to be fair, Codemaster thought that the "necromancer" theme meant "undead zombie," and somehow thought that the design featured her as a corpse).

The design looked more tribal than undead to me from the get-go, but the skulls still get the point across.
