@Force_of_Nature I know it’s intentional but they should at least be more diverse, I know the market is more focused on the Asian crowd but that doesn’t mean that every character they add has to be Japanese, like they could add a Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, or Indian character since they happen to be in Asia as well. We don’t need western characters we just need more Diversity in the ethnicities.

@Aldrarie Roselph 10/16 Marie Rose was kinda the beginning of the weeb apocalypse, everything was fine before we got her, in the first few weeks she was okay but as soon as she got moe dlc it started, but the apocalypse really came to a climax when they added Honoka.

Tbh TN will inevitably give us a male Marie Rose counterpart before they do a Latin one, it is a Japanese company XD I don't think there's anything bad about having a younger looking male character who would act his age, take Xiba from SC or yun and yang from SF

@KasumiLover69 yes I do love her design, I think she’s a really cute character but I call her Loli trash because she kinda is. I mean yeah she is original in the DOA cast which is why I love/hate her. And Eliot only stands out because of his age, I don’t see anything else that makes him stand out character wise.

I was not even aware that DOA existed before, I am a retro gamer, and have not heard of DOA before. I only known DOA, last year, and I got hooked to it thanks to Marie Rose. I don't even want to start a waifu war. I'm aware of all the negative criticisms for Marie Rose, I have heard it all. No need to explain. But I stand with Marie Rose, and ggwp to TN for making this character for me to love.

I’m happy for you that you like Marie Rose, but she did kinda ruin the direction DOA was headed to. Most people are Happy Itagaki is gone just because of the Competitive play and Game design but I actually miss him, if he went over the story and the costumes we wouldn’t have to pay $90 for one single Seasonpass. And the story wouldn’t be such a unorganized mess.

Tbh the story was way messier when he was in charge, you had to read the manual and carefully analyze arcade play throughs to know what was going on XD Dimensions is hated by many but I love it, it made the story more sensical and neat, DOA5 just chose the wrong way to continue the chapters

I agree that Dimensions really helped organize the story. I do miss Itagaki though, when he was in charge the game was actually about Kasumi. I won’t be surprised but I will be disappointed if Honoka and Marie both play a huge part in the Sequel. I’m happy for the people that like them but if it were up to me they wouldn’t have been in 6
