DOA6 will have guests so that much is set, Shimbori wants another and Tom hinted there will be guests if TN are working on another game. What they will be? no one knows which is the difficult part. Do hope it isn't someone extremely worthless.

If they changed their mind to not have guests at all, any of the new characters. (New characters have a high chance to appear in the newest installment so any one of them).

Might as well add guests because it'll increase interest in the franchise. Even Tekken 7 has a guest character in Akuma (and soon to be Geese). Question is who could be the guests? I personally wouldn't mind if the VF's return. They fit in with the DOA characters better than any other character would.

I honestly hope Jin from tekken joins in DOA6 I wanna see how he would be implemented in DOA instead of tekken.

Didn't Tom want Jin according to his article? I don't mind who it is, but hopefully it isn't a trope that can do the series more harm than good. Mai was a good choice because she came from a fighting game. Fighting game characters are always a plus.

Akira coming back would be cool, but I do think it makes a bit sense to have him replaced for other fighting game series to get in.

I think adding a Tekken character is not a bad choice, but when it comes to guests, it really depends who it is. This is where the problem lies. Some guests are really good, some guests are just plain bad. (Yoda in SC is terrible, worst decision and waste of slots).

Yoda was banned anyway, but it's because of that reason that he seems pointless. If he's banned, what's the point of playing him? he's a complete waste of slot. I rather have an original character than a console exclusive character. (I know they added him eventually in the other console, however he was still banned and a waste).

I can see Jin and Xiaoyu. It's all based on Harada and TN together. For now, that's all just a pipe dream. Don't get your hopes up, it could be guests from a weird ass indie game or some shit.

If it's a SW character, then I'm picking the newer DOA6 characters. If by some miracle that guests and new characters are not in and it's the same roster as DOA5LR, then Christie.

Actually wait, that answers the status comment. If any of the above brings in outside characters that are not FG characters/new characters or none at all, It's Christie. (Yes I'm serious).

Well with Akira gone I've still got Ein, Jann Lee, Hitomi, Hayate and Rachel. Ein or Jann Lee would be my first pick in DOA6 but if they are not in that game I'd go for Hitomi.

Christie will likely be nerfed in DOA6. No way TN will let her be as abusive as she is in DOA5LR.
