There are only 3 types of sets in Tekken. From most to least popular: Best of 3, Best of 1 (win and run), deathmatch.

Yeah, I find that most people who play Tekken barely do any sets before bailing. In DOA I played FT50's, FT100's, etc. much more commonly (offline though). Sad thing, is that Tekken even has a rematch feature that takes you right into another match online.
But yeah it applies to almost every fighting game I played. Most players lack mental endurance and need breaks often.

LoL... its fun in DoA and KI.... since those are heavy on mind games.

@Force_of_Nature I’d like to know how they plan on getting better without sets. With Tekken having little training options in it you’d think that alone would make people play a fight longer.
