My anxiety really goes through the roof in ranked matches...like it's so tough to stay calm, collected, and alert

It helps me to just treat it like practice. I set goals for myself every match and I'm less interested in beating my opponent and more interested in doing better. "I will not 4P+K on Oki at all this match. I WILL whiff punish only on reaction, not prediction."
