Ayane seems a bit....off in transition from DOA4 to DOA5. Use to be my top choice for character selection and she still would be but....i dunno, it's probably just me but Ayane doesn't seem as awesome in DOA5. Can't explain why, just everything looks and feels off. So imo Momiji would take that...

Reading your post made me realize they went from one extreme to the other. Marie Rose who is a flat loli to Honoka who is a super curvy "cow titted" larger than the rest, Japanese highschool girl. I'm not sure why i didn't realize they made 2 characters who are opposite ends of the spectrum...

I hope the new character wields a ladle and throws kittens at their opponent, just to confuse the fuck out of people.

I just hope that with Marie Rose's booming popularity we don't get an influx of Loli's from here on out. She mixes things up character roster wise but she looks all of about 8. :/

Haven't played the older ones in awhile, Love the graphics and sexyness of DOA5 too much. The artstyle is just stunning and the fighting is on par too so i don't go back very often, i keep them as collectors items though just in case i do decided to go back.

Eh, Kasumi is Doa imo like Ryu is Ninja Gaiden.....i don't want Kasumi in Ninja Gaiden even though Ryu is in DOA......weird. Dunno why, i don't mind others making cameo's and having roles but i only want Kasumi in DOA. Pretty weird opinion but there ya go.

Play it for all aspects and for everything Tecmo and DOA have to offer me. It's the only way to get maximum enjoyment out of a franchise imo, to enjoy all aspects and embrace them, faults and all.

I tend to try and watch where the opponents hands are so i can try and see where they counter it's dumb but i can't stop doing that, i just hope i can counter predict their counter and it has never worked for me yet, i keep doing it though xD
