You can't modify Hair of a "DLC Costume" Using lnk_reshuffle . The changes you make don't affect the game . You need to use DLC Tool to set the Hair to 0 , you can't do it using lnk_reshuffle .

Set Hair to empty .

Just update lnk_reshuffle (and don't forget to put the new dinput8.dll/lnk_reshuffle.dll in the game's directory) , make sure you run lnk_reshuffle once before running the game . and I think eveything will be fine .

According to SteamDB , there is a new DLC coming soon (most likely this month) called "Newcomer Set" .

@KasumiLove , no the last DLC in S3 were the SW/Naotora pack. They didn't say anything about their plans after that .

As The Enforcer and Vex said the reason this error happens is because you're missing the P file . The DLC Tool automatically adds a --p file.

@shinkaiser Are you sure you added both TMC and TMCL files ?? @BubblegumRush To make the custom mesh move you need to adjust it's pose to match the DOA5 model's pose and then transfer weights . To assign texture to a certain mesh you need Texture Tool...

@mralex I think I figured out the cause . It's not a problem on your side The problem is Ayane . The Clipping issue only happens when you use an Ayane costume on Naotora (even after using a character converter ). It even happens with Ayane using any long hair and and an Ayane costume . I assume...

@Xillia I used TMC-OBJ converter, converted hair to obj and then edited the hair in blender , and converted obj back to tmc.

So , you're switching from sf234's DLC Tool to rirysukisuki's DLC Tool hogehoge . I honestly don't know how to fix this , I heard a lot of people had this issue . Just try updating your DLC Tool to the latest version . Also More stuff for the top post :P AutoLink...
