Yes there is a difference, wake up kicks in 1.03 didn't force holdable stuns.

Why not? I don't see the need for stun inducing wakeup kicks, they make me shy about keeping pressure on my opponent.

I'd change wakeup kick properties back to how they were in 1.03.

This isn't really an issue because there are other options. All you have to do is select training or any of the vs CPU options and toggle Throwdowns to ranked match, wait for the red invite box to appear, press select, and you're good to go. You can also select the when the blue invite box...
