Playing legendary mode is like playing a game of rock. No paper or scissors because the computer never holds unless its going to connect and 70% of your strikes get countered. So you can either hope to out counter them(good luck), or do what I do and omega turtle to whiff punish.

At the moment I'm seeing 8KK 6P P+KPP7K as her strongest advanced mid kick hold juggle at 98 points of damage. If anyone has any higher let me know.

Bottom line is that Tekken has always had better character customization. T6's customization was deep enough that you could turn pretty much any character into something you enjoyed looking at. The fact that they are offering 94(?) more swimsuits doesn't really matter that much. If it were up to...

Considering that he always has glasses on they could incorperate some cheesy eye lazer beam blasts as if he were black cyclops.
