Ah, that explains why so many of my throws are getting beaten online in Tekken. Conversely, I couldn't break one to save my life atm. If I recall, you can press 1 + 3 or 2 +4 to escape, right? As for DOA, I suspected as much. Neutral state only throw escapes. Thanks, guys. :)

@Onryoki I knew it! They took them out after all. I was told the other day that they were still in the game. That was one of my main complaints as well. I dislike the matchmaking system on ranked, I loved how in 5 you had player cards, and you could see who you'd match up against before hand...

I just play on ranked, tbh. I wish you could see who you're playing beforehand like you could in 5, though.

The stages are gorgeous, and I'm actually happy to see the critical burst go away gameplay-wise. The Break Blow grew on me quickly, and I love getting access to it without having to be 50% or below on health (unlike the Power Blow). Love the meter. I dunno, I think the game is just awesome and...
