Tina can finally have advantage on GBs like she's supposed to now. The attacker should never be at disadvantage or unable to continue their offense after they score a GB. Finally!
Which launcher sends the enemy higher? Is it :9::K: or :3::3::P:? I know :9::K: does a bit more damage, but does it give a higher launch than :3::3::P:? Was just wondering. They seem about the same.
Also, Lisa and Helena need more safety options. Lisa's needs more safety as well as a quicker jab. I don't know why it's 12 frames. 10 frames would be ideal for her. And Helena's BKO transitions should be safer as well.

:K::2::K::K: should be safe. Her and few others like Helena and Zack need buffs.
I think that changing the option to Small health is good idea right now. It really does feel a bit closer to Doa 1-4 health, which was fine. The fact that most people who play online switch the health to Largest is crazy. Those matches do take far too long, and also show how some people need...
