    Tina's best moves

Sure you should. Tina is one the most fun and rewarding characters in the game, especially baecause I cant think of a character that can switch playstyles on a heartbeat like her. Your gameplan changes according to your match up, which is rare in this game I think. Most characters are either...

DOA5U The Official Tier List with Discussion Thread

True Eliots range game is better, but then again, thats where his gameplan takes place. Would be weird to be beaten there by a character that doesnt specialise in it. Eliot has parries, Tina has OH´s, and decent ones i might add (especially 46T) + her tackle off the ground denies a lot of force...

DOA5U The Official Tier List with Discussion Thread

I dont want to start anything, I am just genuinely intersted why you would think that. I am very open to new ideas and opinions, so it would be very much appreciated if you pointed out your reasoning behind this very briefly, because, after thinking about it, I just cant find a reason why tina...

    DOA5U Tina's ver 1.04 changes

I am having quite a bit of success with tina lately. Didn`t know where to post this, but where do you see tina in the tier list? I think tina is still pretty strong, even though she lost quite a lot. She didn`t lose any of her evasiveness or damaging throws though, she is also quite moblie and...

DOA5U Tina's nerfs, buffs and QA in DOA5U

I am sorry. Your guide is quite detailed, guess my brain cant handle it. I always just assumed basic strings generally combo on counter hit and went with it, but in Doa anything is possible.

DOA5U Tina's nerfs, buffs and QA in DOA5U

just launch with 9k or 33p. Easy 100 dmg on counterhit. I just realized that pkp doesnt combo even on counterhit. The p followup can be blocked. Just Kp on the other hand does combo, only on counterhit though. Is this common knowledge and Im just very slow?

DOA5U Tina's nerfs, buffs and QA in DOA5U

We have to face the fact that, after looking at the whole picture, she was nerfed. Why/If that was necessary I dont know, honestly. I understand some nervs like 6 h+k (which made 2 p+k>k superfluous), but i do not understand why for example k>k>6h+k isnt guaranteed anymore. Anyway, what annoys...

    Marie Rose info thread

Do you mean Ryu players who hold-bait a lot? Theres is simply no other way to spam izunas, since it is one of the slowest throws in the game. Anyway her bound-tatsu combo looks sick. I wonder if her expert holds are meant to deal more damage or create set ups.

    Marie Rose info thread

Nope, I actually like it a lot as well. She seems to have a lot of combo potential with her limbo stun setup and her (advanced?) holds. Also, we finally get a female with small breasts. Those huge funbags the rest of the cast has really start to look ridiculous.

    DOA5U Mila Combos

3pp twice in a row is nice but does anybody actually get hit by that? it looks very obvious and mashy when performed ^^ stun > 3ppX2 > kp actually does a lot of damage for being guaranteed after the sitdown stun. Then again we are talking about mila

    DOA5U Mila Combos

Dont know if this is news but if you hit 3pp as a stun extender and the opponent is at max threshhold during the sitdownstun, 3p is a guaranteed launcher. Doesnt launch very high though. I sometimes get 3pp kp as a juggle with decent damage, but it is very inconsistent. p6p6p seems to work...

Tina's multi part throw frame advantage

66T, Dragon Suplex, is now an OH and nets 90 dmg on HiC on a backturned opponent, if you do it immediatly and you catch them mashing p. Wait too long and Rodeo Hold comes out. It is 75 dmg on NH, which is still nice.

What was the point of her new moves?

I also like 7p as a stun extender, because you can cancel the followup punch into feint stance or just use the punch or knee followup plus it is an unshakeable stun, so they are forced to hold if they don`t want to be launched for great justice.

What was the point of her new moves?

Gotta love the feints during the wake-up tackle ^^

    Rachel nerfs

Are we agreeing that her whiffed 2k stomp needs to be negative or at least zero? I lost track of what people are actually arguing for.

    Rachel match-up chart discussion

Isn`t her pp4p a problem then? It gives you +1 on neutral and a +13 sds on ch. She could continue pressure with that move, I think, or at least mix up the situation.

    DOA5U Throw Punishing

Depends on the sitauation and character I am using, but in most cases I choose damage, since guaranteed damage is rare in doa, plus you can get in your opponents head better.

DOA5U Ok! I'm Ready anytime!! Mila DOA5U Matchups & Strategy discussion thread

How do you use her new feints correctly? Most of them start from high punches, so I find it hard to use them outside the stun game.
