Yeah until you don't run into those situations for like 30-40 games and then out of nowhere someone uses a specific character and you die again. And simulating in training modes different from in game simulation. In game situations are always better to train in, which would be greatly beneficial...

There's too many situations you can't just lab in training mode. Punish training's mediocre. Frame data's dlc money. And good luck if you don't got dlc characters...

Meh, it would've been nice if this was like season 2 or something. Now the games too bloated, too many bogus moves, and after the S3 DLC debacle (Literally every character that came out in DLC was broken or near it), I'd say the majority had enough of T7. We just now got the devs being "active"...

The balance changes suck too. Steve and Fahk get nerfed but Julia gets a slap on the wrist yet again. And Paul, Akuma, Zafina, Marduk, Alisa, Dvj, etc get away w/ no nerfs and no one got buffed.

She already is overtuned. When you have 3 parries, an i14 RD, a guard break wall break, a CH low launcher, 10+ blue sparks, etc I can't imagine what more she needs. She makes Jin pointless in my eyes now. Same w/ Fahk, Leroy, Zafina, etc who make 90% of the roster obsolete. It's like Bamco...

If I was to change anything it would be to make Lidia actually have a unique style (aikido, Jiu-jitsu, etc) w/ new moves and solid fundamentals. She don't need 3 parries, 2 RD's and sabaki's. It's boring and repetitive. The only positive was the Lee stage.

She got 3 parries already which means she'll play more off hard reads and yolo guessing, like Leroy. She got some of Leo's Akira type moves w/ some of her shoulders. Her RD is i14 likely so she'll have great comeback factor like every other DLC character. We got 2 days but I'm not hyped...

My big concern is w/ cross-play being a big priority, how can Sony build towards that more. Cause I don't want to have to hop on PS4 (cause PS5 stock been bad) for tourneys.

I don't think that will be the case. If anything, they'll try to make Playstation the main console for tourneys more and I'd be more scared of that w/ everyone wanting cross-play.
