Really disapointing that after all these years we get this? I was really expecting a full blown developed game and retail title on disc with a limited collector's edition option. You know all the special treatment they would normally give to any halo title.

The "trade-in" fee will be built in the price of a used game sell if the publishers are asking game-stop and Amazon for a cut of every used title sold. And what about used games from non major retailers or the Jones's garage sell down the street? What about us game-fly or red-box users?

Still doesn't answer a lot of questions? 24 hour verification checks? Are publishers asking for a cut in used retail sales and will this effect prices of used titles? What about Red-box and Netflix? Since when have we needed to be enabled by publishers to trade our games? What about pawn...

I only said allowing outsiders in is a possible security issue. And even licensed stuff can possibly sneak stuff in. Similar to how several apps with hidden tethering snuck into Apple's app store and apple reviews all code for 3rd party apps sold in the app store.
