I think Phase and Rachel have the best costumes for this pack, if only because the others all look so similar that they're horribly bland. Phase and Rachel are bringing some much-needed variety.

Once again, this costume pack is listing all prices as $2.99 for me despite me owning the costume pass. Oh well, last time it was fixed on Tuesday, so I'll just see if it's ready for me when I wake up.

Costumes have the same problem as the last pack for costume pass owners on Xbone. They're available to buy, but right now all you can get for free is the catalog. Someone keeps screwing up.

I agree with your opinion. Black and pink usually work together, and I don't know if those are supposed to be flowers or stars on Rachel's, but either way, it looks good.

Only criticism I have is that Momiji isn't getting her indigo happi from NG3RE, but to be perfectly fair, it's not a festival yukata, so it'd stick out.

Seems like the next pack might end up coming out the 15th seeing as we have no info on it.
