There better be a new pack in November, as it's listed on the costume pass page, and it's specifically called the NEW Costume Pass. A bundle of old costumes is nice if you didn't get them before, but they're not new.

From what I can tell, they're mixed up - The download listed as Tina's costume is actually Leifang's and the one listed as Leifang's is actually Tina's - But downloading both worked for me. Try reinstalling them from the store or from Manage Game -> Ready to install. If that doesn't work, then...

Don't think it's been mentioned yet, so in case anyone's wondering, the pack is now available for download for costume pass owners on Xbox as of at least 12 hours ago.

I think this happened once before and it was resolved by the time I woke up the next day. Still not fixed this time, though. Gonna tell them about it now.
