    Because this mean a guaranteed 70-80 damage after a sit down stun , thats why , otherwise it is guaranteed only 30-40.     From my tests the standart sit down stun is unholdable for 17 frames. So It was best the way it was. It is broken if you can hit with 19FR Crit Burst after it , like it is now.

    The best solutions for me after launch are: p6pp ppp6p P6pp p-k 2t 3punches P6pp 3pp 3h-k , (if he tech roll 3h-k , than make as fast as possible 2p , 4k loop) , otherwise you force tech him.

    The PLus frames on block is what makes the game broken. I really love there isnt or at least there are pretty less moves in doa5 with + on block. And the Hold SYSTEM is something that all fighting games needs. Not to spent Entire life of trying to learn a 1-2 frame combo links and still miss it...

    What to do in beginning of match when player rushes to you?

    I think this is the best you can do: start with /down P/ if u hit than it is plus 1 frame for you. If you do not hit , than the next round start with: /back H/ , forward H , side step or block.
