Let me rephrase that. I played every one that was released on North American systems, 1, 2, 2HC, 3, Ultimate, 4, Dimensions, and the volleyball games.

I think that people are happy with high wake up kicks being removed because they add unnecessary guesswork to ground games, the standing opponent doesn't have to worry about attempting a mid hold and getting hit with a wake up high kick and the person who's on the ground doesn't have to worry...

What happens when a person with their back turned to their opponent gets hit into a wall? Do they slump like in previous DOA games or do are they able to get hit with follow ups?

I disaagree with Lisa's hold's being weak. When she has a hold successfully completed within the first few frames of it the damage is second to only Bayman's (not counting Busa's Izuna Drops of course).

I have a question about bounces and air grabs. Is it possible to get a high air bounce? And do air grabs require high bounces?

The last time I played DOA4 I beat a guy playing conservatively; keeping his Kasumi away while free step dancing with Lisa. He send me a message after the match complaining that "I play like nubs, hang back, blah blah blah." I replied to him that it says a lot about him if he can't beat a guy...

I'll say this, if a Jann Lee user beats me it wouldn't be because of Dragon Kick use. About 95% of the time someone tries it I step to the side with a high hold then run immediately behind them to punish with my strongest back throw (or a bouncing combo to follow up with more damage on DOAD/4)...

The removal of high wake up kicks in favor of having only low and mid wakeup kicks definitely makes the game more fun because it enforces the triangle system better IMO. With this implemented, the aggressor doesn't have to worry about going for a mid kick hold and getting hit with a high kick...

I would've liked to see the drunken style fighter Shun from VF make it to DOA5. Tag battles with him and Brad Wong would've been epic. I'm glad to see that Lisa is returning because she really fits my play style.
