Isn't it a good thing that the game is pro offensive? It's better and easier on the blood pressure than an all out turtle fest don't you think?

I'm pretty sure that an attack that hits low and makes his and mids whiff (i.e. slide) will crush a mid wakeup kick, and I know for a fact that aerial attacks such as Lisa's or Ayane's up/forward K will crush a low wakeup kick.

Lolwut? I don't think any moves have invincibility but there are moves that crush some other attacks. You may be able to crush a move with a particular attack but not be able to crush another attack.

I play this guy (godslayer24, he had a better rank than me) on PS3 three times back to back in ranked play beating him soundly all three times. He treated me to this after the third loss:

I'm loving DOA5 ATM. I got off to a rough start at first, not being able to get an online match for some strange reason. After that around 20% of my match attempts were successful, now I have a 95% rate and I've only seen lag in lobbies. I'm kind of disappointed that my main Lisa didn't have any...

I haven't ran into one laggy person in ranked play. They are ubiquitous in lobbies.

I feel that they should release them as paid DLC to make up for the vintage Mortal Kombat AI. Giving them away would be an insult to the people who "earned" them.

How much more useful can guarding be? It would be ridiculous to be able to guard out of stun, and if every blocked attack/string paved the way for guaranteed attacks/throws it would make DOA a turtle fest akin to Killer Instinct 1.

Well, lately I've been able enter lobbies, play ranked matches, and accept Throwdown Challenges with no problems whatsoever on my wireless devil connection. I did have one problem with a guy in a lobby, I knew it wasn't the devil wireless when it was his turn again as it lagged again.

What I was getting at were the guys who were saying that the netcode wasn't the problem when it clearly is. Of course there is no standard netcode that all fighting games use, no one's denying that. But if a netcode isn't provisioned to allow online play over wireless internet that is adaquate...
