samurai he is definitely not high tier. the_worst_kokoro did a good job here; but she was a little too respectful in the beginning of the match. brad's 1K and his 1K8 handstand transition are negative frames on normal hit. you have to use 1KK or 1KK8 into handstand if you want a stun on normal...- Nestor Collazo
