Trying to re-watch the DOA5 Day 2 Stream but the option to change the quality settings isn't there...anyone knows why??

Sorry for getting off Topic but I have a question: I'm missed a good chunk of the DOA5 Day 2 Stream and now I'm trying to look at it but I don't see the settings at the bottom right of the Stream to change the quality from 720p to 480p...wonder why that option isn't there...any help?????
