I honestly thought it was heavily implied that every character was getting a fan designed costume. If I knew that it was only going to be a handful of the cast I would have just made all of my entries for Marie, Honoka and NiCO lol

I hope that you can buy a color and that applies to every character instead of it being a per-character basis. THAT would suck. The best case scenario is that we can buy a color slider and create our own custom hair colors but that seems very unlikely
