It says it's new because it was recently added to the site along with all of that other info. Not that the feature itself is new.

Ryu's air throws do less damage than the others so it balances out. Still, I hope air throw height requirement for Bass, Tina, La Mariposa, and even Gen Fu get lowered.

There's still hope! It might come at a later date like the 1.03 patch did, but I still have faith it will come to 360. Especially since Microsoft annnounced that they no longer charge developers for patches.

Learning Ayane in Dimensions. She's really fun but has a very high learning curve.
