Just make the projectiles prone to side-steps and have unsafe recovery for anything closer then full-screen. Make the projectiles more suitable as a combo string or Oki then an actual zoning tool for neutral game shenanigans.

She is a clone of Kasumi the popular female mascot character of DoA. If TN was gonna sell recolor clone costumes for a clone it would be for someone like her. Kasumi casual fans and completion people are the main market target.

The character doesn't even have to be a killer, psychopath, or whatever. Just has to emit that vibe to pull off that character trait and you don't have to wear hockey masks or look grotesque to pull that off.

Female Tengu is likely gonna receive the same DLC fanservice costume treatment by console release judging how MR and now P4 is being handled. Also two more characters because the available space fits perfectly.

Yeah that's a given, but every now and then there are still gem costumes that are worth buying whenever TN decides to take a brief break with the fetish wear like with the casual volume/legacy packs. Still loads better then getting next to nothing though.
