Tengu isn't a humanoid like Devil Jin (alter ego of a popular main character unlike Tengu) who still looks very fangirl bait by still looking similar enough to regular Jin while having an excuse to wear no shirt.

Lisa didn't last long with a mask and even Hayabusa finally got his old mask-less DoA getup. This character will surely have a mask-less option too. She won't wear a mask when her swimsuit inevitably comes that is for sure.

We don't even know if this is a ninja character or whatever yet. I hope not though since this game has plenty of ninjas, but this a ninja centric game so eh. They CAN bring Tengu back, but actually doing is a different story.
