Regardless if she was popular or not, her exclusion from the game should be pretty obvious when DoA stopped being 360 exclusive. Not to mention the deal with Bungie only applied to DoA 4 anyway to use a spartan character (in exchange Halo 3 had a Hayabusa style armor set for online).

A hypothetical DOAX3 isn't gonna be a big money sink as some might think. TN already has the engine and the updated models for their female characters done when DoA5/U/A was made. Just slap in a few mini-games, miscellaneous stuff like an in-game store, and a few more animation sequence events...

Wrong. TN wanted to add Ein (along with Leon/Tengu) , but was cut due to time constraints. Please don't spread misinformation and the part of them wanting to remove "similar style" characters is pure BS as well otherwise Tina/Bass, Akira/Kokoro, Kasumi/Alpha 152/ Phase Four, Jann Lee/Jacky etc...

Yeah...you didn't see P4 stepping on a picture of Tengu either to troll the fanbase unlike how Capcom decided to handled it. The method of how the two characters were delivered couldn't be more different.

Meh at destroyed lab stage being her theme. Could have at least remixed it so I know it's unique music for P4, but now it will just remind me of that stage not the character whenever it plays. Probably gonna change it to the remixed helena DoA 3 theme if that is the case.

You do realize depending on how the voting is handled it can hinder Kasumi with vote-splitting right? If anything numerous designs will be her downfall.

Hope Ein or Leon costume design wins the contest. They need more bloody costumes and some good ones wouldn't hurt.
